Re: "The Inglorious Basterd" IN COLOR~!!!~

That Rocks! love the colors, how much are you going to beat it up?

Re: "The Inglorious Basterd" IN COLOR~!!!~

220, 221, whatever it takes. I'm planning to dirty it up, so going to have to find Ken Abrams videos again.

Re: "The Inglorious Basterd" IN COLOR~!!!~

You can pull it up on your HDTV and watch him in widescreen. You got your TV hooked to the internets don't ya?

Check out how he talks, it's a hoot. :mpup

That is looking mighty fine, Mike: it does seem that the stowage kit is good stuff to work with. I liked the choice of items and the way you set it all up. :dude After the weathering job, you'll be lucky if a curious non-iniciated-in-the-hobby friend of your's won't try to open the weaved trunk! ;)

Cheers and thanks for always sharing the pics of your fine build. (y)

Re: "The Inglorious Basterd" COMPLETE!

After a long break, I finally got back to the bench and finished the Basterd! I added the Legends stowage set, figures from Dragon's German Tank Crew #6014, MIG and Vallejo pigments and some miscellaneous Verlinden pieces.

I haven't decided which of my Overlord builds will rest on this base, but for photo purposes...

That's it, comments and suggestions always welcome! (y)

Little more dust wouldn't hurt but at my age you're use to cobwebs and dust.
You've done a fine job in spite of yourself buddy. (y)

Amazing! :eek:hmy: Wonderful job, Mike! Now that is what a StuG should look like. The paint job is marvelous: it does look like the real deal - mighty fine use of the pigments I must say: dust and mud look just like... dust and mud. (y)

Congratulations: as Leopard2 so well put it, "you outdid yourself"!!! :notworthy

Cheers and thanks for sharing this great built! :dude
