It was the other way around. T-34 tanks were tested with the Panther roadwheels. The hubs had to be modified to fit and they were larger in diameter than the standard T-34 wheel.

Thanks MP!! I don't think I'm the first to do this and it remains to be seen if it works out in the end. I hope it works the way I want it to.

I have finished one bank of wheels. Painted, shaded, washed, and dry brushed the dirt will come later. Please let me know if I am on the right track with my process. Here is one picture for now. I will add more this evening. Thanks for looking and comments are welcome.
