Update time! The tracks are done. Well there assemblied anyway. I think they have the right sag. Next I went to work on the rear bulkhead and the thought of trying to make peeling paint on the exhaust. Here are some pictures of the progress so far. Thanks for looking and comments are welcome.

Peeling the paint.
Step one: Paint the exhaust red brown
Step two: Cover with Bare Metal foil. A technique I picked up here.
Step three and four: Paint the exhaust the base color (dark yellow in the case.) and then take a knife and remove part of the foil.
Step five: Next I weathered with pastels.
Oh and by the way the rear bulkhead is pretty much done too.

Those Mufflers are Bad AZZ ! Great TIp !! Also th Trax look Spot-On !! From th Panthers @ Aberdeen Proving Ground & pix I've seen of Panthers , the Trax don't touch until th 3rd. Station , So , You Nailed it Son !!

BareMetal foil is self adhesive. Very low tack. You can use it to mask aircraft canopies.

Please tell us what kind of glue you use on the metalfoil.[maybe CA-glue ?]
