in my humble opinion a standard green with maybe a singe field applied tone of either brown or something that may have been "apropiated" with the geometric white wash from the second image .....and just for kicks and giggles the IR set would really top it off . I think great wall does the IR set I have seen it built up it looks sweet

I have been off this project for a while now. The simply answer is that the kit that I picked just sucked! Too many things were going to need to be fixed so I just stopped until I could get a better kit. Well I have finally got a new kit that I think will workout better.
So this puts me back in the game. Stay tuned because a new Kat is in town.

Well I started this build some time ago. The first kit that I started was going to be a nightmare so I obtained a different one. I couldn't decide on a paint scheme and then other builds kept pushing it to the back burner; then off the stove completely. Well the build is back in business. I have decided on a paint scheme, but I'm not going to tell you what it is. It will become clear as the build progresses. I hate doing road wheels so construction begins with the turret. I have replaced the kit barrel with a metal one and I am going to be adding PE. The basic turret is complete. Here are some pictures to prove that I'm working on it. Thanks for looking and comments are welcome.
