Hi to all (many months later...)
I would like to show a work started in February. It is a railway diorama during World War II in Italy (1944).
I am very occupied with my job and I have no free time for modeling...
I hope to do more advances during this summer and to recover the forces for modeling during the next months...
000. The idea.
"The way to the Gothic Line" is a great project about one chapter during the Second World War.
In 1944, the German troops moved back to the Gothic Line at the same time as the allied armies were advancing towards Europe's heart.
The place represented of this chapter will be the railway line "The Porrettana" and one of his bridges.
We will show all steps, from the base up to the final presentation (terrain modeling, painting, weathering, vehicles, railway material, figures, etc).
a) The bridge...
b) The bridge at railway diorama by Luciano Lepri (Florence, Italy)
1st. The base.
Measures : (120 x 60cm)
2nd. The bridge.
3rd. The terrain.
-------------
4th. The tunnel.
More steps soon!!
Thanks for looking my friends...
