Looking cool Mats. I think the metal looks pretty good with that little extra black added. (y) (y)

That's correct Ace! or it will become a knocked out chimney.. :)
And about the hands on the hand guns... here is a pic from the set with tankhunters and anti-tank dogs. (also from Zvezda)

yeah MP the russians didn't pet with their dogs, tought them to run in under german tanks with some explosives on their back! not so effective but they knocked out some tanks that way.
It's a nice kit though :)

No wonder reagan called them the 'evil empire'

They had also sent two men out with one rife during battles- when the guy with the gun was shot, the other picked it up and carried on.

Erik,

If you have any of the DML Quartermaster Weapons 'family' series, look at the bottom end of the sprues. They included hands gripping the handles with a finger on the trigger. Replace the pertinent part on the gun and add to your figure.

Regards,

They do....

Not sure if they all got' the hands on gripping the handles with a finger on the trigger' feature,
I am sure the AK 47/74 series and the MP5/ G3 series got it.

Greetings,Ron.

Ron,

First off, thanks for the link. I never heard of the store but they have some superb deals (search on sale).

As for the guns, only the first sets (family of one type with a common grip for the guns in the set) had the hands. Those sets with a variety of weapons don't have them included.

Back to the subject of the thread, I wish Zvezda had included a second tripod without hands to increase the value and possibilities.

Regards,
