No more putting it off, working on the tracks again.

But today is repair day.
Thankfully the only Helene damage to speak of, door blown off the hinge, the tractor shed has been on my list of things to work on for a while. That's some cheap fiberboard siding on that, it's actually covering clap board that was originally installed. I'm ripping off the fiberboard and probably refinish the clapboard.

Hello Bob,

Lucky you came out unscathed by Helene.🙏

Excellent effort on the M3.
They are a very complex build in some areas and gettting the panels to sit square is equally daunting.
Looking at your work has inspired me to rip back in and try and finish mine but the M3 has been burried by other new kits around it.

Keep rolling with the images...

Cheers
Michael
PS ; I know its been a long time posting images.:Drinks:

Note to self,
Do all this PE work much earlier. It is worth it.

Got a cable from somewhere but I don't want to use it here. might make a new one with some itty bitty wire. I do have some tiedowns missing here, popped off. Will fix that.

got the tracks painted and installed. Might be a little tight (insert your own "that's what she said" joke} but they are working, for the most part. I'm going back and adding the view ports and doors which would have been knocked off multiple times now. I'm making the guess that the optic visors were black, though I'm not sure yet. The view ports will be open except for the ones on the doors.

I see the track links not snugging in the drive sprocket, that'll get fixed. Got a lot of detail painting to do yet.
