7 RTR BEF Matilda at Arras France

Well campers, we are moving right along... Dark Green Camouflage hath been applied!

I would have been happy at the light green...but that was only what, about 20% of your weathering John?
 
The coverage seems to have really darkened the basecoat was that intentional or just a by-product of using the sealer and does the colouring come back when using a mattcoat ?

Ground work looks awesome whats the grasses youre using ?
 
Grass is a mix of things, mostly Silfor products with some Kamizukuri stuff thrown in for good measure. The color will indeed re-lighten when it gets the matt coat.
 
More Progress to report. The kit has had 4 go rounds with pin washes of different browns, a satin coat and some low level scratches applied. Some of these is heavy wear areas will be taken further as chips - like em or not.
