Yes there was a Blue Squadron but all the aircraft were white and red. Makes filming easier, sort of the reason why the boys of Bonanza always wore the exact same thing, every stinkin' time.
 
That's what I thought when I was watching bonanza it was black and white TV ... So I never noticed the clothes hard to say if they always wear the same clothes lately I always thought Battle star was in black &white and you're right ... I have always seen the ship models with a red stripe .... :pilot
