Haha, thanks Moon Puppy. Nothing fancy, I cut stencils out of copy paper held it against the surface and shot them on with the airbrush.

Hey Tom, I mis-read what you asked :pinch: I cut patterns out of, again copy paper, and airbrushed along the edge then filled in the rest of the pattern.

I've added a dirty wash with acrylics which will get blended in some areas but the "happy accidents" I'll leave alone. Also started scratching up the skirts a bit.

The paint is working well! The washes are unifying to the colors and the scratches add another dimension to the scheme.

Great Job ! I dig th Ambush scheme !! Th washes Really brought out that texture around the Mantlet ! WOW ! . The Rain/Rust stains Look Fantastic !!

I did notice in the middle pic that I've lost part of one of the tow cable brackets :S I'll bet that will be easy to find in the brown carpet

I Found it! Actually mike it was a piece that broke of one of the hangers on the side of the hull.

The little voice in my head is telling me to just put down the brushes and back away so I'm calling the paint work done. Anymore and I think it's burnt Next up will be the tow cable and some blankets. I ain't going to packrat it up to much though.
