Perhaps someone with primary references or books based solely on that? Those b!st!rds. If you can't trust an encyclopedia what can you trust!...
I really like the smaller tracked vehicles.Perhaps someone with primary references or books based solely on that?
In any case, I did edit my response as the author has a bibliography but doesn't state what came from where in the article.
The M22 Locust also had this idler arrangement and I don't see the steering issues mentioned:
They were bigger than the Locust but yes, light tanks are cool!I really like the smaller tracked vehicles.
Idk, the M3 & M5 Stuart both had a similar arrangement as well, right?
I hear ya. It will live on a base under glass anyway. Even though the kit's suspension is designed to work it's all a bit loose for my liking. I'd rather have it tight with straight looking wheels. It's looking good so far, even without my readers!
What a shame it would be to glue all that cool, scale articulation up solid.
Your model, your choice.
Hobby Lobby had their 24"x 18" cutting mats for $10.99. This is the first build on it. I'll try not to use this one as an airbrushing pad.Everything is SO BIG!! And you, Tim, with your super-clean workspace. My Bwain Hurts!
That is a very good deal!Hobby Lobby had their 24"x 18" cutting mats for $10.99. This is the first build on it. I'll try not to use this one as an airbrushing pad.
That is a very good deal!
In case anyone has a Jo-Ann's Fabrics nearby, they are closing shop and their cutting mats are at least 60% off.
This week, I plan to get these Fiskars double-sided cutting mats (click to order online if in stock):
18" x 24" for only $13.99USD -

Same here in two locations (NY/NJ). I bought jewelry tools and resin as the mats weren't on sale. Then they were only 50% off but the store was getting bare!We went to the local Jo-Ann's here, in Chattanooga, as soon as the news about them closing aired. The women in there looked like they would have no problem killing each other for the deal!
Yeah, the mats were expensive. They are in the sewing section of Hobby Lobby too, the one I got was back in the art/model area.Same here in two locations (NY/NJ). I bought jewelry tools and resin as the mats weren't on sale. Then they were only 50% off but the store was getting bare!
