Perhaps someone with primary references or books based solely on that?

In any case, I did edit my response as the author has a bibliography but doesn't state what came from where in the article.

I really like the smaller tracked vehicles.
Idk, the M3 & M5 Stuart both had a similar arrangement as well, right?

They were bigger than the Locust but yes, light tanks are cool!
