I was interested in the main rear landing gear. They are somewhat unique by the looks of it. Almost acting as 1 main gear in a way....
Yeah! It looks like they took the front suspension off a 1965 Pontiac Bonneville and beefed it up. That may have been part of the navalizing it for carrier landings.
