Ever so slightly off-topic, but I use this to counter the 'experten' you encounter at club night or (more often), shows & conventions....

"...interesting that you say that. Can you show me what you did to correct yours ??"

Doesn't always work. But when it does you do get a very warm feeling inside.

I did some detail painting and added the decals to the hull. I am being careful not to weather too much at a time trying to capture that peacetime/cold war look. Did a little then a coat of future. Ready for the next phase. "TRACKS"

I paint the lens white or off white then cover that with Tamiya clear green.
