Fascinating to see this come together. How long will it take the plaster to cure?

The wall structure along the outside. Will that be removed to show the molded planking?

It sets in 30 min ....and i leave it for a couple of hours then i start breaking/ripping al the plastic of.

Yes al is done to create a wood planking texture.

To give you an idea how it works ,here pics from a nother bunker .

All my bunkers are true to the Original Type's (regelbau) except in scale

Following right along Maarten, looking very good, I'm going to look for some of that FormX Stuff, I've already had different thicknesses of styrene strip.

ldguy I am sure you can find a US version of this kind of plaster,check out a Arts and craft store that sells material for artist /sculptors

Thanks Maarten, I'll do that soon as I get some spare time, that is looking very nice job on that bunker, I take it the original mold is destroyed upon removal of said bunker, good luck on your pour

Did some shrapnel damage with a soldering iron :evil:

So i can damage the front of the bunker a bit.

(the battered look is always better )

Still need more weathering

I could not wait 10 more days , i found another shop that sells the Molds super plaster
Ordered and paid it ........Hope to start pouring next wednesday
