Forget about the first bunker version ! it was to simple and to small , i found this plan and it is way more nicer :drool and BIGGER

the most work goes in the making/cutting of the planks

Following right along Maarten, looking very good, I'm going to look for some of that FormX Stuff, I've already had different thicknesses of styrene strip. :popcorn

:eek:ldguy I am sure you can find a US version of this kind of plaster,check out a Arts and craft store that sells material for artist /sculptors

It's a lot cheaper and easier if you get some big sheets an scratch the hell out of then :bat just go with the blade from left to right (tedious job)and from the scratch sheets you cut the strips .

You can also use wood ....i but would really be expensive :eek:ldguy

All the walls and steel (plastic) doors are in place ,next is to place some blue foam in the bigger spaces to reduce weight.

Ordered new plaster but the shop was out......have to wait at least 10 days :( before i can start pouring plaster .
The yellow and white parts are the (1)Doors ,(2) window,(3) slit for the ammo from storage to the gun and (4)recess in the wall

Fascinating to see this come together. How long will it take the plaster to cure?

The wall structure along the outside. Will that be removed to show the molded planking?
