Plastic sheet 1mm thick to make the walls
I build bunkers as you would do for real , instead of wood i use plastic
The walls will be covered with plastic strips (various thicknesses ) that are pre scratch with hobby knife to simulate the wood grain.

Plaster of choice it hardens in 25 minutes (special for casting ) and it gets rock hard:
