Zugkraftwagen 5t "Diana" Sd.Kfz.6/3 by Bronco 1/35

You may have read that there was "NO" radiator cap supplied in the kit,I made one from a sprue gate.
I wonder how they held those spare links on the brackets?

Well here it is with the base paint slopped on. No time to be neat i'm so far behind.
Looks terrible don't it?

Let it dry over night and then tried out a new product for me, AK Interactive,it's an enamel and from their Engine and Metal weathering set.
100_1006-1.jpg

I used the Track Wash first,it's like an Umber wash, then went over that with the Engine Grime.
Finally I streaked Engine Oil here and there.

I've got to say the engine looks much better to the naked eye so it works for me.
After the enamel drys i'll dust it up with some desert dust, that should help.

Thanks for looking

That IS some mighty fine paint slopping, Tony! The AK products seem to be as good as advertised. (y)

Mike the main thing I noticed was, Once you shake it up or mix it it stays mixed and doesn't separate like home brew and some other products. (y)
I'm going to try it on the whole build so stay tuned.

Thanks guy
