I bit the bullet and got a couple of the Albatros Black Beauty kits. Figure I will do one in Earnst Udet's Albatros and will have the other to do in whatever out of the 5 other kits markings I have that I like best. Will probably start with one of them for a first WNW kit.

I have also been downloading all the info for each of the kits I have from the WNW site. Not sure how much longer it will be up. Going for the kits I have first, then ones related, then the rest. They actually made a LOT of different kits over the years.

They have. I would like more Albies as I have about 20 or 30 markings for them but just cant do it. Still want a Halberstadt late so I have other markings for mine and want a Hanover early. Will be SOL though. I've been collecting files also. Lots of good info. I just wish they were staying open.
The Albies are great kits, rigging not that hard. Y'all gonna talk me into another one if you don't be careful...
Spruebrothers is holding the prices to what's listed. Unlike some other outlets i'm not going to rat out.

Sprue Brothers is almost done. They still have a handfull of kits but most are out of stock now. They might be able to get more from WNW when WNW is able to come back to do shipping and all. Will have to wait and see.
I got a little scare with the package I was supposed to get today. Three WNW kits in it and I "thought" I chose to have it delivered to the house. 2 o'clock came around and no package, so I checked for delivery and it said delivered at 12:45.
Yeah, panic attack!
Checked in with UPS and they were saying delivered to Germantown address at counter signed by Richard.

Somehow, it went to the work address. No problem, I am going in tomorrow to finish up some jobs I had started before all this poobaa started.

Well, I did my part as well. Really sad to see this happen to a great company. I do hope we see the Fokker Triplanes somewhere in the future.

I did an inventory finally to make sure to get all the downloadable info. Over the last 8 years or so I have picked up 28 kits that have 32 planes. I don't think I really need to get any more of these kits. Doesn't mean I won't if it comes to pass that the ones that had molds in process pop out, but that will be a future time.
