Thats a handsome looking finish Bob. I find solvaset and micro-sol a mixed bag. On some decals they work better than others. On Hasegawa and Tamiya decals you may as well forget it.
 
Very very nice Bob. Really like how it came out. How will you fix the right wing though?

I did put a seal coat of AlcladII Aqua Clear and it does not seem to diminish the high shine.


That's good info.

did you spray the Aqua Clear straight ? no thinning?

Think I have just two more NMF builds in my future. I could have gotten it done quicker if I hadn't put the gear on so early. I was having to go really slow with the decals cause of it, didn't want to handle it more than I had to.
