Wow James! You start reading all those and we won't hear from you for the rest of the year! Nice scores; there are several of those I'd love to have myself. I hope you enjoy the Midway book; I've been on that carrier at least twice, it was a blast both times!

Thanks Mark. I've read 4 so far. I was near the Midway but never got to go see her. My oldest was on an ex down there earlier this year and he bought it for me before they came home. Gave me that and a biography of Bing Crosby during the war years for my birthday. That one I am only just starting.

I am going to try the what if build when it starts with the Kugelpanzer. Also got a some more books and some extra extras.

The memoir from the 4th Hussar is fantastic and I'm really enjoying it. The 2 memoirs from the Mortar Gunner have very favoourable reviews and I'm looking forward to reading them. Thinking the Kugelpanzer may end up with IR sights maybe and a panzershrek or panzerfaust.

The two on the right of this set will be part of the radio car I just finished...

So, I went out to our local museum yesterday as a buddy of mine had some Tamiya masking tape there in stock and I have been out of it for a couple weeks now. They have a large selection of kits in the gift shop and someone had traded this in.

It was a fair price and no tax so I picked it up. Going to keep it for a future build.
