I-16 Mosca the blue tailed fly.

Thanks BOb, Ian and Luiz . We have arrived at the end of the road .

A pitot has been made, the gear retract cable were tightened and the antenna was installed .

EZ line was used . Sort of strange stuff . It crinkled like decal when I applied paint . Need to get a gel marker to do the next one correctly .

Thanks Dave and James for coming by here :good:

Yesterday was a fitting day for finishing a Russian build with all the snow and ice.

However, it was not good for photography so I waited till latter on to take pictures.

First up, are the position light which the kit totally overlooked .

Just a bit of superglue with a hole to represent a colored bulb.

The landing gear cables held up when I tightened them ( Hurra ) :)

A look inside that awkward canopy which shows the fore and aft holes in the cowl to let the light in for the gages . Only half of them have glass in them :idonno

A better look at that tricky landing gear

A look through the cowl depicting a small amount of engine detail.

Or it can be displayed with the gills closed.

Another look under the windscreen where the nice PE gunsight is mostly hidden.

Also, a field repair on the right wing where I had the argument with the landing gear stance :facepalm

Hope you like it. Cheers, Christian B)
