Been working on the interior for so long I almost forget this thing has wheels and tracks.

The MG tripod was broken and malformed out of the box, so I rebuilt it.

The locker at the back.

The sight glass holders. I'm not sure how to approach the glass itself, at the moment there are pieces of
styrene square stock in them.

The fire extinguisher, rebuilt from 1/8" dia plastic rod and PE.

MG drum magazine carrier. This is the 1120 Productions kit, which is amazing. The resin casting is fantastic and
some of the parts are so thin they are almost transparent. Assembled with Gator glue.

MG34 rebuilt with Aber barrel and PE from the Lion Roar set.

I'm guessing these are spare MG barrels, anyways rebuilt with parts from Tamiya accessory sets, styrene and leftover PE fret.

Outstanding P.E. work &I love th idea of th Transfer Tape !! This build is -a-Rockin' !!

As far as the Vision Blocks go this is what I do for Solid Blocks ( i.e. not clear parts):

I'll paint the vision part with M.M Chrome , then you could shoot AlClad Transparent Green or paint it with Tamiya Clear Green

I did this with th 1/25th scale Jagd-Panther . I also gave th same treatment to th Headlight , but changed th color up to reflect th white/blueish mix , also just out of th top of th picture is th Kommander's Periscope - which was MM.Chrome with Transparent Blue

I love all of th P.E. !! Keep up th Dy-no-mite Work !!

Erik, thanks for the tips, still on the fence about the vision blocks though... :hmmm

And yeah, the transfer tape is cool stuff, a bit unruly, would probably work well for resin zimm too.

Wow, update time again...already!?!!

Yep, trying to push this thing along and not let my AMS get the better of me. I'm working on getting
the wheels and tracks installed.

The center hubs of the old Dragon wheels are kinda puny, so I shaved the hub off some Tamiya road wheels and glued
them to the Dragon wheels. Looks better...yes?

Here's all the parts, ready for assembly.

Things look a bit askew, but that's intentional, as the vehicle will be parked on a hill.

And I couldn't resist hanging the tracks on, just to see what it looks like.

Hopefully by tomorrow I will have the rear idler and tracks fully installed.
