Some time ago, I purchased this Dragon kit second hand for cheap as I thought it might be interesting for a change. I found a cool reference picture online for an Estonian Police vehicle and decided to go with that.
I raided the spares for a couple seats and made a steering wheel as that is about all you can see from the tiny windows
and then added a few small things on the exterior and blocked off the turret opening. Cut the circle from sheet sprue with my Dispae circle cutter.
