Around The World In MBTs

(See what I've done there Mr.Fogg :D )
This is another one of my projects I've been meaning to do, alongside my ongoing Pacific and WWI builds.
A most likely random trip around the world in 1/35 Main Battle Tanks - starting in Israel - HobbyBoss 1/35 Merkava Mk.III -

Anyway calling this one done, yeah could go more crazy with the weathering but that's me with armour in general. Overall the kit was very nice just the cables they give you made from cotton could have come out better for me. Otherwise all's good.

Shalom.

I like your Leopard 2A6M CAN build. I that is the kit slat armour I'm really impressed with it. I have that kit undr construction and was considring the PE slat armour set for it but decided the kit supplied armour was good enough. Is that the kit slat armour?

Cheers from Peter

Thanks! Yes that's the kit slat armour, the whole build is OOB. I didn't clean up the fences 100% if you spent the time time removing all the seams and thinning each slat then it will look very convincing - the PE version would drive me more insane than I already am so I would stick with what HB give you really.

Yet another MASTER BUILD Dave, you do build well!

Long time over due to be added to the Master builders list - and you deserve to be there! :notworthy

Shalom Dave.

Thats fantastic news about the slat armour. I DETEST PE stuff as I like to build for fun and relaxation. Besides, with the money I save by not buying the PE slat armour, I can buy another kit.

Cheers from Peter

This is one reason why I only build in 1/72 scale!

Way to go Chef! I have a similar collection already done in 1/72 scale. I have at least six, if not more MBT's from around the world in 1/72 scale already completed. If you want I could dig up a pic for you.

Meanwhile, keep plugging man! I love what you got going here!

holy crap! I didn't realize it was all that. Yeah that's on par with those T80 tracks I gave away. :soldier
