1/700 Sentinel Class US Coast Guard WPC #922

To avoid confusion, I have split the 1/700 Fast Response Cutter project off from the Island class WPB thread.
Once again, Rafael Rivera has begun sending reference pictures that one might not find easily, from his many US Coast Guard contacts.

Along the way, and since each Cutter kit includes some kind of a vessel to aid, inspect or arrest,

A 1/700 Lagoon 42 Catamaran is also in the works.
"Rhiner, what does a Lagoon 42 even look like? You don't even like catamarans."

She honestly looks much like a barge. $625K Caribbean Houseboat? These sail with all the grace of a Coleman cooler. Bobby @sailingdoodles had a catamaran for a while and I noticed he never did sail much. He motored quite a lot. Ho-Hum.
I had a half a handful of 42' racing sloops/canoes and I put 2 of these inaccurate little boats to good (?) use.
On the upside, Lagoon Cat's are roomy, stable, with a shallow draft and popular with less than skilled sailboat skippers.

These sorts of leisure vessels are attractive to all kinds of attractive leisure passengers.
Thanks for looking in!

This casting was supposed to be a "Chopper". A parts donor to the better Sentinel Master to come. She cured all the way before de-mold. :bang head
That's what I get for falling asleep at night!
I hope my boss doesn't find out!
