Re: WINGNUT WINGS DH9a WIP"UPDATE #2"

Well I got about halfway through Step 2 last night. The instrument panel slowed me down (lots of decals). I completed the instrument panel, pilots chair, and throttle rods. Next will be the rear seat, recon camera, battery wiring, and one more throttle rod. Here pic's of the nights work. Thanks for looking and comments are welcom.

Man if I wasn't invested in SPGs so much I would be knee deep into these Wingnut Wings for sure.
I'll dig out my RC scale Nieuport 11 "BEBE" for you sometime. Wing span: 5 feet 2 inches.

Oh man I would love to see your Nieuport! I've got a Stearman about that size I'm gonna build on of these days.

Re: WINGNUT WINGS DH9a WIP"UPDATE #3"

Well I got a chance to work on the DH9. The cockpit is pretty much done. I still need to add the seat belts and a decal or two. I completed the engine frame work which takes us through step 3. Step 4 is engine construction which is going to be very cool. Lots of details possible there. So here are some pictures of the work so far. Thanks for looking and comments are welcome.
