I can do something from the Blitzkrieg era of 1939 - 1940. That will give you nine participants.
Is this Group Build limited the European Theater of Operations? Would a model of the Graf Spee be acceptable although the Battle Of the River Plate in 1939 took place off the coast of Argentina it was still in the time frame of this Group Build.
