Thanks on the tenson details. I didn't know that about Tasca kits, a very nice feature.
 
I truly like the weathering here without the fads. The grip on the MG looks a bit light (hopefully not pine)... I took the liberty of converting a photo to gray scale...

Fear not, I'm not 100% done yet, and the grips on the MG got a final layer that makes look walnut!
