Well, I ordered this kit thinking it was the one in the photos of a Polish Sea Sprite with Dragon motif:

While it is not, it is a very nice looking kit with fine surface details:

As mentioned, excellent and finely done riveting.

Note the well molded tie down loop which, after a wash, will look better than any PE replacement. However, look closely at the bottom and you will see where the detail goes haywire at the multi-piece mold joint.

These parts will not be easy to remove without a razor saw.

KH48SH2FSpruexDetails07.JPG

An unfortunate sink mark.

KH48SH2FSpruexDetails08.JPG

Flash but it really doesn't affect the transparency.

KH48SH2FSpruexDetails09.JPG

The propulsion of these propellers will need replacing.

Slide molding is evident here.

KH48SH2FSpruexDetails16.JPG

Above and below, two four part noses are included. The pairs closest to the top are used here so the leftover pieces may be for the SH-2G.

Careful clean up will be needed at the joint of the multi-part mold used for the doghouse. It turns out that the doghouse is incorrect for the SH-2F as it represents that of the SH-2G.

The blades are razor thin at the trailing edge.

As for that torpedo Saul. From what I remember from torpedo banding school is air drop Mk 46 torpedoes have the parachute shroud over the screws anyway so just fill them in and paint them white.

exactly the two on the bottom look like telemetry fish. The blue one is BLP or inert with no guidance but can be dropped or fired from a tube but usually used for training. A war shot would have the warhead section, the spot in the forward middle of the weapon a color that would represent the explosive type and which explosive it was. Mostly the guidance section will be a sort of bronzy reddish metallic color,

Sub torps and surface launched torps are all different also.
