Need 1/35 Horizontal Volute Spring Suspension

Shalom.

I really wanted to go to the hobby show yesterday in the hope of finding some items I need but at an inexpensive price. I rode my bicycle the 60 miles (100 kilometers) each way but had no luck. I forgot my camera at home too.

Anyway, I need the lower hull, suspension and tracks of the Horizontal Volute Spring Suspension (HVSS)found on a Sherman tank. If not the entire lower hull then the entire suspension and tracks will work for me.

Anyone here have those they can spare?

Please let me know. I really want to get going on my IDF M-50 SPG now that I have the proper 155mm French gun to go in it.

Thanks and cheers from Peter

Shalom.

No luck on the HVSS yet. I've never had a credit card as I've never needed one. Therefore Ebay isn't an option.

However, I did find out that the VVSS IDF M-50 SPG with the French `55mm gun were used in the 1967 war. Therefore if I don't get a HVSS in the next couple of weeks I might build the VVSS variant instead. The only problem with the VVSS variant is the detail images available of the engine decck of the IDF M-50 SPG are of the HVSS one which is quite different from the VVSS ones. At least the gun and the gun compartment are nearly identcal on both the VVSS and the HVSS variants.

Cheers from Peter

If you have a regular checking account, you can move money from your checking acct to a paypal account, and use that to pay for items on eBay. According to eBay, the only way to pay for anything on the site is through paypal.
