if you are using stock brass tube then Rhino is spot on as most sizes have a corresponding internal dia size.
In the UK we use Albion alloys tube and they do sets that fit in each other like a telescopic radio aerial

I poked around a bit

I have more problem with the outer side than inner.

Just a bit wonky.

I didn't drill out the other bogies so I can press forward but...I do want to build an airplane.
