Couldn't wait to do a size comparison to the King Tiger and the Sherman. So I placed 4 road wheels on and set the model on it's tracks.Notice where the Sherman commander is looking. Gary S.
Gotta wonder what that 90mm gun would do to the KT.

The M-26 , which the M-46 is based on, had a 90mm gun on it, but I don't think it came across a King Tiger.
In the meantime, the tedious task of painting and drilling out each one the road wheels are on and will need more weathering. The tracks are painted but need further weathering also.

Pretty good start on the tiger face this AM. I'm using acrylic craft paint for this along with a new brush. Gary S.
