Latest Acquisitions Revisited!

Ok James...tell me more about the SBD book...I am sort of a collector of them and have never seen this one...is the text in Japanese??

Yes it is. 42 pages, pictures on almost every page. There is a foldout in the back with a 1/32 3 view. Neat little book. It along with a number more were bought on ebay from zeroman http://www.ebay.ca/sch/zeroman/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p3686

I believe all his books are out of print. I have found quite a few that I haven't found anywhere else.

:) Thanks Saul

Excellent!

I will be posting rules very soon. I have already taken sprue shots of both models, before sending. So you can enjoy building them.

I got a box from Hong Kong with another order of mostly figures and a few cars. I will post photos later.

Regards

Whoa...that's awesome...You'll love the Master Box figures...they are pretty amazing! I used the Maquis figures in my Monroe Perdu build...and will be using the USMC and IJA set soon.

The Passion Models details sets look cool...didn't know they were around....thought only Archer did those...do they have a USMC set as well??

Hey Saul, it looks as if you have something planned.

Well, I bought the Zvezda motorcycle thanks to Bagge's review, the cold figures are one which I saw in James' posting and civilian figures are a niche I want to support as well as softskins.

No real plans yet but they are brewing...

I forgot to post a sheet of Bare Metal Matt Aluminum foil I bought.

Regards,

I wonder how good the German Shepherd is.

There are two dogs there, not illustrated on the box cover is a sitting German Shepherd. I need to check if they are the correct smaller European size as the breed is a bit larger here in the states.

size doesn't matter saúl! ;)

really - i remember "jessy" - the former german shepherd of a friend of ours - and she was HUGE and ferocious looking!

Our first shepherd's dad was German bloodline with an American mom. He was the runt and grew to 120lbs, no fat. Mac is European bloodline. We prefer those because they are just so much better dogs.

I blow the budget yesterday at the show :stinker
But here is what i ended up with,

2 old Heller kits, the canon de 25, one with crew and one without (i like these, to bad there is not much french figures and guns available)
