Yes, I have the black and the light grey. I used the black on the Corsair. This one is mud and I'm curious to try it out and see what it can do.

Could you tell us a little bit about the Allied-Axis series. I did a quick search and see that they are available and what their price point is. If you could do a mini-review, that would be great. (Hard-back, magazine, color, articles or only pictures w/ captions,... you know). Or, post a link to someone or somewhere where this has already been addressed.

Bill if you can wait till this weekend I will do a review. In the meantime, these soft cover books are a photo album of various vehicles both Allied and Axis. I have almost every one so far and they are about $15.00 each. You can find them a bit cheaper though. The 4 I just got are unlike the previous volumes in that they are just German vehicles. I have a long weekend coming so will have time to do a bit better for you.

My birthday order came in from Eduard:
A birthday order to be paid with the proceeds of the kits I sold (although I am still waiting on payment from a few, I didn't want to lose the deal on Eduard.com). Not shown is the T-shirt with Bunny Fighter Club (BFC) logo which is already on the birthday boy (me).
BFC kit plus three of the thirteen coasters sent, each one depicting a different marking scheme for the new Spitfire IX series by Eduard.
MiG-21PFM Overtrees and three more coasters. The Overtrees do not include PE, Decals, Instructions, or resin. Fine by me as I can upgrade with any brand and usually my schemes are not in the box I want!
Spitfire Mark IXc Early with three more coasters.
Spitfire Mark IXc Late with one coaster.
Spitfire Mark IXe with the last three coasters.
