I did try Mr. Surfacer a few ago but it has the same problem as what I'm doing now...just smells horrible!!

I have some of this stuff and I'll give it a try on my next texturing project.

Uncle Night Shift uses tamiya basic putty thinned with tamiya extra thin to do texturing Maybe try that?

Build is coming along nicely!

A tad bit more work on the turret...I think I'm seeing a light at the end of the tunnel...Just hope it isn't a train.

Give it a try for sure to see if you like that approach. I think it works better for Armor then Aircraft.

You know your getting close to finishing the building phase when you have yo make a list as so not to forget something! At 95% there with only stowage items left to do.

The masking tape crosses are for red force identifiers...
