Not to savvy on WW1 ordinance.

Thanks for sharing,Mats! (y) (y) (y)

The WW1 Schneider tank diorama I like best!

The Asterix Roman soldier is a funny one.
By the way,he is not a centurion, but a low ranking soldier.Centurions have command over 100 men.
[100 cent in a Dollar or Euro].Centurions have other helmets for exampel.

Greetings,Ron.

Too bad the camera died, there's some great builds there! Did you do any recruiting for MA while you were there?

Yeah...I don't know either.
Think it's got the old Russian Imperial flag on top,but then again;the sign on the dio says Ukraine 1919,wasn't Ukraine part of the Sovjet-Union by then?

So maybe the flag should have been the red one, with hammer and reaping-hook?
Does ANYONE got the answer?

Greetings,Ron.

I don't know, the borders of eastern Europe changed drastically during and after WW 1- I need to do some reading on this, I have always liked those funky tanks they had then, like to get one of these, um, battle wagons for the shelf. it would look great beside my Apache! lol.

Here it is! Its a Russo Balt armored car!

The more I look at this thing the more i like it- take a close look, its all flat and right angled. If you can get a dimension sheet, this puppy screams SCRATCH BUILD MEEEE!!!! :fencing

Thanks for posting the pictures.
It's the next best thing to being there. (And there is no way I can be there).
I love to see what is happening around the WORLD in modeling! Fantastic.
Thanks for making the effort to post and share.

Waiting for more show pictures from all of you in AFV model world,

Bill

Looks to me the Euro folks take a some what more light hearted approach to some modeling subjects.

Wasnt' that like the flag of the Czar?

Yeah,I do think it's the old Russian imperial flag....
Maybe someone knows WHY it's carried on a afv in 1919...thought in 1919 the communists were in power.
The October Revolution was in 1917,right?

Greetings,Ron.

Yes they were in power but they were struggling to hold that power. Not sure about all the factions but think this was the flag of the White Movement who were loyal to the Czar? Russian history is not my forte so I'll gladdy stand corrected.
