Feeling the need to fly I started a 1/48 Grumman F3F-2 U.S. Navy fighter/bomber by Accurate Miniatures. I have completed the cockpit minus the IP which I will add later when painted. Here are some progress pic's and comments and questions are welcome.

Hey, that's looking pretty sharp already.

I see the rigging will be similar to this duck . Feel lucky to have more space to work in.

Thanks! It is going together pretty easy. This kit has photo etch rigging.

And you're just going with plain ol Testers Silver?

Yep! At least as the base paint. I think it is about the best silver paint. It goes on smooth and it doesn't clog my airbrush.
