The bulk head or firewall on this car was wood
I finished it using high quality artists oils, similar to the great masters, Michael Angelo , Turner and Constable. but it doesnt really fit in with Bling so i have covered it in hi tech pure aluminium alloy extruded and rolled sheet
Carefully applied amounts of Cyanoacrylate acrylic resin that polymerizes instantly when exposed to moisture in the air or on surfaces. ensuring a strong bond with the aluminium alloy
once cleaned up and the holes carefully restored using M42 (8% cobalt) Titanium-coated HSS drill bits

I stuck the original plastic part on a coke can and drilled some holes in it.
Now as usual my lack of a plan has stopped me as i dont know what to do for a finish. Because of the size i dont think i can engine turn this as i dont have the X-Y scope on my drill beds. If i polish it, it will look awful as the mirror finish will highlight irregularities on the surface ( i think) maybe i should try and see howe it looks ?
