Bf 109 G6 Unteroffizier Georg Amon

Nice work on the Gustav thus far.

I have seen several of these kits built up and they do look nice but one thing that I don't care for is the dihedral of the wings, there is too much dihedral designed into this kit and am surprised Revell did not get this correct.
The Hasegawa 109 kits are still the ones to beat and I would rather build them instead of the Revell kit however Revell is going to release an Erla built Bf 109G-10 which is a late war version of the 109 that has not been kitted before, when I am able to I will get at least one of them.

This is supposed to be the best, but for my money I'd build the Hasegawa kits. I am not enjoying this as much as I should, except for the cockpit and it is an Eduard Brassin one. I felt the same on the dihedral. It looks far to much.

:hmmm Hmmmm, so the Hasegawa 1:32 G-10 releases are for Augsberg-built machines ?? - Didn't realise that, Les. I'll have a chat with you about the G-14 I'll be getting/starting sometime next month.

James, nice smooth paintwork, friend. Think you took another leap ahead of me :fencing - Ahhh who am I kidding, with the kids off school for the next six-and-a-half weeks there's almost no chance of getting to the workbench anytime soon !!
