All Righty ... What's on the bench today?

Give the Puppy a break... he can't help it that he is overworked, underpaid and [strike]generally[/strike] [strike]incompetent[/strike] er... a slave of the system.... :Hiay

As far as the bench goes, nada... The Honey Do list is exhaustive and I am just whelmed under.... maybe after Spring Break... I have disposed of 70+ cans of household paint though... and 50# of kitty litter to help them dry out. Cleaned out the Flower beds, re seeded the grass, put RAM in 2 computers, prepared lessons for the last 22 days of school and cleaned out the closet of clothing that I haven't worn in 2 years... (loosing 20# will do that!) and disposed of 30 boxes of GS Cookies, made from real Girl scouts!

I for one am very pleased with the excellent work Bob is doing to keep these Forums going. Way to go Bob. Keep up the great work. :good:

Barney, at least you made some progress. I did a little 'spring cleaning' too, but didn't get nearly far enough along as I'd have liked. Congrats on the success!

Making 1/48 scale coffee...
This gent will be standing next to the stove pouring coffee...

And since there is a lack of coffee products in the scale short of pricey railroad O scale items-- it's time to pull from the Book of Joe ;) Used some sprue nubs and wire- and instant pot:

Using needles instead of the wire supplied with the tracks, you get a much tighter fit and they don't bend so easy.

This is enough for me, have made a part now with 6 big track pieces, I have counted that I need 51 for a full length... and then it's the other side :frantic :facepalm

Mats pop a top on a good Belgium beer, turn on some tunes and just ease into it. I actually started another build when I was pokin' at those friuls. They are tedious but well worth the effort.

Working on a Harley for Veerle, promised to help her with it in a weak moment :)
It's a 1/12 kit from IMAI, think Aoshime have taken over these molds later.
It's one with tons of chrome and lights on so we will see how it's going...

:smack

And where are the pictures Mr?!

Not much to show yet just glued the engine together, see if I can upload a couple of teasers tonight :)

Just figured out that you can turn the small pieces of the tracks upside down...
...but found a pic of the real tracks and they look like mine so I'm happy again :dance

Got to Love the Friultracks

Looking at this makes me thrilled that I stay in 1/72 scale! No worries about doing this!

Piet, that is some amazing work on those roots over that Buddha. Way to go! That looks so realistic.

Ok this is what I accomplished today:

3 sets of track (need 5 more for this side)

And then painted and glued the cylinders in place on the HD
