I met a lot of nice people.

I drew a Ninja Sniper Bear Mech.

I was saved by the Herald of Galactus and The Invisible Woman!

I drew an Arctic Reconaissance Squadron

I traveled via ferry.

San Diego is a beautiful city.

My wife and friend Sze had a great time, too!

I've seen only a few bits on Facebook, but it's neat to see it from your perspective...neat stuff!!

Looking good Chuck! I wish I had the chance to post my pics from Comicon, but they are still in my stolen camera! It was great seeing you at the Con again, and thanks again for the book! Awesome, incredible artwork! I put your book on display at our gaming table for those who love illustrations, and referred at least 18 people to your booth. I told them to let you know that I sent them; don't know if anyone actually did. Still, your book was the talk of our tables.

Hopefully next year's Comicon will be better for me. The first one I went to I had my two convention T-shirts stolen; this year it was my $250.00 camera. I have another on order; it should be here next week and I can start taking pics of my WIP again.... once I find time to get back to the bench.

In a moment of weakness just before the coffee kicked in I bid on a 1/32 B-25 strafer. Now if I really wanted this I would be sniped. Guess who won

Edit: Let me rephrase this. I want it, I just dont need it. And as I am getting rid of my stash this is kind of a dumb move. I will enjoy it though.

Joining the "Go Big or Go Home" club, I just ordered the Airfix Tiffie.

Big SAREX planned for today - Will be manning the radios ashore (don't do dangerous 'boaty' stuff anymore :coolio ). But the wind is really picking up and the cloud base is around 200ft so there's every chance that it will be postponed or drastically cut-back.

Also Frau und Kinde are collecting our new family addition later

Sort of, Bob. No point exercising in conditions that would be marginal for a launch anyways. As you can guess, the SAREX was curtailed, and that's why I'm able to be around the site now !!

Nice addition to the family Ian. Sarah and I just got back home from floating the river in town. Nothing better then sitting in the water on a tube and watching the world go by. Now time for dinner and a movie at home. We really do love living in central Oregon so much more then eastern Oregon.
