That reminds me of the time I was painting a pair of gear legs for a Corsair and I tweezerpulted a piece off into never neverland. After an exhaustive search I gave up and scratched a new piece. When I had it ready to paint I opened up the bottle of paint I had been using and there it was... stuck to the inside of the lid for the paint. :facepalm :facepalm :facepalm

I've gotten where i'm not so worried about flung parts, now, if it's really important part, I just pick up another kit and keep moving. Then the missing part pops up out of no wheresville.

I do worry about where my FLUX and Soldering gun are,

Waiting for my truck to be fixed. Ignition switch burned out so I had to wait for the part to come in. Should be done later today. Meanwhile, more time for the workbench....

Went and bought a treadmill and then enjoyed the tropical weather before coming to work. Only -5 this afternoon and it finally stopped snowing.

Today I'm heading out to open a Hall for two days of model building, gaming and other hobbies. We do this every second Friday and Saturday and I can't wait to get there and get started.

Well today is the first day in about a week that I have been feeling decent. Sarah had the flu a bit ago and managed to give it to me. So I've been basically bed ridden for awhile now. Other then the few times she dragged me out of the house. On top of that I got a nice bill from the state for an overpayment in unemployment benefits during the furlough Two different people told me at the time I signed up for benefits that I wouldn't have to deal with any issues. But now I get to pay back money that I really don't have right now. So yeah for me... just hoping for some :zen right now hehe. Also waiting for a nice day to try out the new RC Ultra Mini Fokker Dr.1

Well just having a cup of tea before I go to work and listening to the howling wind. Hope I still have a roof. Seems we are having a Chinook. +9C, winds 65kph gusting to 90. And rain in the forecast. Wonder if all the snow will melt today?

All alone today. My partner in crime is also moving and today is the last day she can move stuff out of the old house...



So I get to cover her classes as well as mine, which means no breaks all day including lunch...
