oh wow! this kit is a killa bunny! if you see this kit, better run ... run, run, run ... for your life!

with every step this kit keeps a bad surprise for me!

this time the tracks ... after having cut 'n cleaned 104 modelkasten links and assembled the track i learned that they won't fit the drive sprocket ... so i went angry and grumbled ... then i thought the alan links surely fit the sprocket and have one attachment point only to be cut ... less detail but less pain ... hahahaaaaaaa ... lil' sucker ... they fit the sprocket but not the drive wheels, idler wheels and return rollers ... just lovely!

Sow's ear is right! VLS used to be the importer of Alan kits. We got so many complaints about the quality, we began placing notices about them in the newsletters. We later dropped them though, and then got complaints about that! :idonno :idonno :idonno

i admit that there were several occasions where i was close to dump this build and even with the very last step there were some bad surprises.

that's the best i could get out of this kit without taking parts from my spares box ...
