A question to the panel here

I have just seen the rules here where it says automotive 1/32 or smaller.

My question is would a 1/35th Jeep qualify for automotive ? It is not armour as far as I can interpret the rule, there will be no machine gun mounted on it, it's transportation for a US general.

Would like to know your opinion on this one Gents
