Oy vey!!!!! That is a hard one! I think it is a tie between my NVA T-54

I have a few shelf queens there were shaping up to be pretty good builds, but for now I think I'll have to go with the Jug...

The F-16 Block 50 is a very close second...

Mike, that jug is a honey, but there is something about the F-16.......it is one mean looking plane. 40 years old and still VERY relevant

Nice work, guys! Please keep in mind, there's no wrong answer here, it's YOUR best build, you decide. Please pick ONE and post photos and why you like it. Keep 'em comin'. If you've already posted and have completed a better one, feel free to post it. That's what this is for.

It's a far cry from most here...

But it's the one with the fewest major screw ups/fits. It was also my first attempt as scratching bits (ASW gear in main cabin) and experimenting with a non-skid texture.

Ironically it was one of the quicker builds...part of a 2 week whirlwind SA Dave dare build during the Helicopter Campaign.

This beats out anything I've done recently so it deserves to be here. Nice going!

I'd say the F-16 is the most impressive to me. But as Iron Mike said, it's what YOU think is your best build. Beautiful work all around my friend!

Iambrb, I am most impressed with the T-54 myself. You got some mad skills there man!

I am going to add one here that is not construction wise my best, not realistically the best, nor is it the most appealing. To me though it holds a very special place in my heart. A great deal of emotion went into the build and the posting of it.

To some this may not be a surprise.

Good point Mike. Here's my best for this year. Then again, it is my only one for this year so far! LOL!

Well not new, and I think I posted this here before, but I think the addition of the figure changes the whole thing, so if you will indulge me...

That looks rad John.

I don't have anything to add. I've only completed a couple small ones, and they weren't anything of any great significance.

Outstanding and inspiring work from all of you. Hard to say which one I like best.

I don't have any work that is worthy of being displayed here but as soon as I do something I am proud of I will post.

Cheers

Alex

As was stated in the beginning,
"Think of this thread like the old door frame or post that your folks used to make marks on to see how much you've grown. We can look back and realize the progress we've made. I know it's not easy to pick one, but there's really no wrong answer is there?
Please limit to one build per thread, if you finish one that is better, post it up in a new response."
Post up your best to date and treat every build as a joyful learning experience.

That looks damn fine Terry. :drinks

If I don't get in a hurry and shortcut the finish, the RF-4E has a reasonable chance at making it here I think.
