Where'd you move to? You were in Dallas, right? Now that it looks like I've got a decent job again, we're going to start looking for a house to rent, so that we can finally get out of this apartment. I'm so sick of living in apartments.

All Righty ... What are you doing today ?
After a very rough last several weeks with my mother in law being taken to intensive care at the local hospital, and then spending several weeks in rehab, and then being taken back to the hospital, and then finally last Friday being moved to hospice. At approximately 8:30 pm last night, she passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family.
She's been tormented with a long list of ailments for several years, and while very difficult for those of us left behind, its very nice to know that she's no longer in pain or having to deal with all of the problems she had.

Well, we got more work done on the 1/96 USS Orleck for the museum. We even got her in a new coat of haze gray.

Well, I just returned from Ohio and I'm finally getting caught up. I was able to log in a few times while there, but didn't have time to really spend catching up on all my Forums. Also, his router blocked all images so I couldn't see anything. LOL!
Anyway, I went there to help him with his house. Here is a link to his Facebook album that shows the basement remodel I helped with:

I also helped him out with installing a new shower stall in his upstairs master bathroom. Overall, a lot of work done, but we did still have some good down time.
I do hope that link works. We did a lot in two weeks. The pics aren't exactly in any order of progression, but you get the idea of all the work we did.
Adam, I'm very sorry for your loss. I've been there before with my mother-in-law and I know what you are going through. My prayers are going up for you and your family.

Nice work on that restoration too. That is well worth doing.
Chuck, beautiful work on that art book. I'll be setting aside some cash to pick one up at Comicon. I'll be there with my St. Crispin's' HMGS group all four days. My nephew is flying out from Florida to help out as well. I'll have to pick him up a book too. Let me know what booth you'll be at and I'll try to do the same when I get that info.
