What Primer do you use for acrylics?

Usually I use Tamiya Primer but I heard that Tamiya has some problems with a new propellant they intended on using with their primer that it was pulled for now. Now I was wondering what primer if any do you use? I spray exclusively acrylics.

Thanks,

Joe

I used to use car primer but this is my new favourite.

I use Vallejo primer, like what James has linked to, only I use the black color as it works as a pre shade as well as a primer.

Love the stuff, straight from the bottle into the airbrush.

Im still using my tin of Tamiya for both figures and Vehicles

I give mine a massive shake and stick it in a cup of warm water to really thin it out and it sprays good out of the can.

I also use games workshop black "The Army Painter" which also gets shaken and warmed up and Ive just started using that for the undersides of my vehicles ( well once on my Sdkfz7/1)

For small details Ive got Tamiya in a small glass jar for brushing plus Gunze 1000 and 1200 in jar and can
