What Model Tank Should be Produced Next?

Sharkmouth

Information Overload

This isn't a poll. Simply put, I have been asked this question and I can't answer it. I would like to see ideas and, if I have the references for the vehicle, I will forward the complete package to a manufacturer.

This has worked well for me in the past (sending a package with proposal and reference together).

Please, no wish lists of obscure vehicles for which references would be near impossible to find.

Regards,

Leopard 1A3 is coming from Meng, they will continue down that road.

Trumpeter will produce all WWI tanks under a new series.

That leaves the Ram 1 and 2 :D
Of course some of the South American tanks look cool and would love to see some South African tanks and APCs to mate up with Angolan Russian stuff.

What I really would like to see in 1:35 scale would be the 'Stuart turretless recce tank'. [please NO resin kit]

Greetings,Ron.

I'd like to see a 1/35 M3 Lee with a cast hull. I know there is a resin set but it is 60 bucks. What would Academy need to change on their kit to make it happen?

MkV to replace the lousy EMHAR offering. Better tracks, details, and ditching beam.

Good hunting,

Bill

The 'Kelley's Heroes' Sherman complete with all accessories and crew please!!!

this would be one 35th Armour I would definitely build!

Besides those offered by Emhar that most complain about,I would like to see more WWI tanks like the MK IV in 1/35.

I already answered this twice, it won't be a WWI tank as they are already slated to be done:

Bill, Trumpeter are releasing all the WWI tanks in a new series.

A Bradley M2A3 with a complete interior.
We have a M2A0 with interior, which is good, but nothing with the new interior.

Many of the suggestions seemed based on subjects already done. While I can contact the companies about it, the manufacturer I am asking for wants something not done before or of a really obsolete kit. The Somua S35 is a good one.

Regards,

Shalom.

I'd love to see 1/35 STYRENE kits on the Israeli IDF M-50 Self propelled 155 mm Gun and a decent Magach 7. In my opinion the Magach 7 has to be the penultimate developement of the M-60 series of tanks.

Cheers from Peter

The Rolls Roice Armored cars would also be very interesting subjects wont they.
Or maybe something like this

AMX-13 series. In addition to the tank itself, there were other variants to it. Like the 155 mm SP,an APC(I think).

I was in my storage area and saw the Heller unit and had prepared a package for the AMX-13 series, Somua S35, but it seems the Chieftain would be a good one too. I was about to send the M-103 package to another company when DML finally moved on what they were sitting on. I had always hoped to do some scenes from the Dominican Revolution of 1965.

Here is a scene with an M51 (USMC Heavy ARV and a conversion of the Dragon M-103 kit) dealing with a Dominican Stridsvagn M.40:
