Hi :Hiay
Started this one last sunday when we had a event in the modelbouwclub in Halle.

But after reading articles and reviews on the net i had to remake some things that is not correct in the kit (is it so difficult to get it right?!).

gluing styrene rods in the holes where the original bolts were, and then glue new ones that are correct.

And then cutting away the pieces that i glued so nicely at the meeting :bang head :bang head
Surgery was succesfull and now it has the correct parts installed (the first ones are for the danish not the swedish one, bad hobbyboss!)

Added a small cover next to the commanders cupola (the white styren piece) and the handle on the side.

Here is the correct part but with modifications, cut off some details and the hinge, yes only one hinge and in the wrong place! must scratch 2 new ones.
Also cut off all the plastic handles and drilled holes for new ones of steelwire.

Nice work. I haven't heard much good about the Hobby Boss Leopard kits. Let me know how the masking and painting comes, I still have an S-tank in my stash.

Joe

Thanks Joe :)
the kit have alot of issues, but in all it's a nice quick build (just make sure to have alot of references!) some details is good then others are non existing (like the vision blocks for the commander) i don't think they did much research before putting this kit together.
well today i will paint the bottom part with the dark green.
Joe, i just ordered the S-tank, heard it's a nice kit but one big thing though, it's 10mm to short! must have been a bad day with the measuring tape when they did the research!! :)

Got the dark green on the lower parts so i can close it up :)
